Kamil Laszczyk Ready To Defend WBO Title

Kamil Laszczyk (13-0, 6 KO's) will make his first WBO Inter-Continental featherweight title defense on June 29 in Ostroda Poland. The "Polish Beast" will face Belarusian fighter Andrei Isaeu (23-3, 7 KO's) in a 12-round co-feature bout.

A group of amateur boxers from China is planning on visiting Global Boxing Gym in North Bergen, NJ during this summer. They are looking for a place to prepare for their professional boxing debuts. Testing the waters will be 6' 6" super heavyweight Zhang Zhilei, who will begin his three-week-long training camp at Global Boxing in July.

Open Sparring Session This Saturday At Global Boxing Gym

Once again Global Boxing Gym will host open sparring session for fighters from the Tri-state area. The event will start at 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 1. Boxers from Main Street, Juan Laporte, and Chilltown Boxing Club will be among many others attending the event.
