GLOBAL BOXING’S DOUBLE VICTORY

TWO OF GLOBAL BOXING'S PROSPECTS PATRYK SZYMANSKI AND EMANUEL "PINKY" COLON BOTH SUCCEEDED IN THEIR PRO DEBUTS IN TWO SEPARATE BOUTS ON JUNE 30TH IN CAGUAS, PUERTO RICO. THEY APPEARED AS A PART OF THE UNDERCARD TO THE "FAST AND STRONG” PROFESSIONAL BOXING EVENT.

19-year-old Patryk (1-0, 1KO) scored 1-round knockout over Puerto Rican fighter Luis J. Ortiz (0-4) in a 4-round welterweight matchup. Szymanski is trained by Juan DeLeon and promoted by Global Boxing Promotions.

About an hour later “Pinky” (1-0, 1KO), encouraged by hundreds of fans chanting his name, knocked out another Puerto Rican, Alberto Gonzalez (0-3) in the first round, just like his teammate Patryk.

The event promoted by Miguel Cotto took place at Coliseo Roger Mendoza in Caguas, Puerto Rico.
