UFC 145 medical suspensions: Torres, Mills, Schaub lead relatively light layoffs
Miguel Torres, Che Mills and Brendan Schaub - the only three fighters to
suffer knockout losses - earned the longest suspensions from the
Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission following this past
weekend's UFC 145 event.
Torres earned the longest order, 60 days, and must also provide a CT scan. Mills and Schaub were each issued 45-day layoffs for precautionary reasons.
Lightweight Mac Danzig, whose right ankle suffered damage during a
first-round Efrain Escudero heel-hook attempt, was issued an indefinite
suspension pending the results of an X-ray on the joint.
