The German Boxing Federation has frozen $100,000 of Dereck Chirora’s $500,000 purse for his WBC title fight with Vitali Klitschko and has recommended a fine and lifetime ban. The onus is now with the WBC and the British Boxing Board of Control on the final sanctions to be levied against Chisora for his antics prior to the bout and subsequent brawl with fellow Englishman David Haye following the fight.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
