Four time heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield squared off against the hard hitting Ray Mercer in a ten round unanimous decision victory way back in May of 1995. Well, it seems the two pugilists have unfinished business and will step back into the ring on February 23^rd, 2013 in South Africa in a 4-round exhibition bout as part of Nelson Mandela Boxing Tribute night.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Holyfield (44-10, 29 KO’s), now 51 years old, has remained semi-active in recent years and last saw action in a 10^th round TKO of Brian Nielsen in May 0f 2011. The 51 year old Mercer (36-7, 26 KO’s) has been inactive since a 6-round majority decision over Richel Hersisia way back in September of 2008.
